Order requests
Placing an order through this website submits an order request, not a completed purchase. No payment is taken online. Our atelier will contact you to confirm availability, pricing and delivery, and to arrange payment before any item is made or dispatched.
Pricing & availability
Prices shown are indicative and may be adjusted for bespoke work, materials or shipping. All pieces are subject to availability; where an item cannot be fulfilled we will let you know and arrange an alternative or a full release of your request.
Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Please give us accurate information so we can serve you well.
Bespoke & made-to-order
Many Sakura pieces are hand-finished or made to order. Timelines and any customisation are confirmed with you directly before work begins.
