Because many pieces are hand-finished or made to order, delivery timelines are confirmed with you when we follow up on your order request. We ship both locally and internationally; shipping costs and estimated timings are shared before you confirm.

Every order arrives in our signature keepsake packaging — part of the Sakura ritual, and made to be treasured.
Returns & exchanges
We want you to adore every detail. Ready-to-wear and non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition. Bespoke, personalised and intimate items are, for hygiene and craft reasons, final sale.
Something not right?
If an item arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
