How we look after the details you share with our atelier.
We collect only what we need to respond to your enquiries and prepare your order requests — your name, contact details, shipping address and anything you choose to tell us. We do not sell your information, ever.
What we collect
When you contact us, create an account or place an order request, we store the details you provide (name, email, phone, shipping address and order contents). If you subscribe to Blossom Letters, we store your email address so we can send you occasional updates.
How we use it
Your details are used to reply to you, arrange and fulfil your orders, and — if you have opted in — to send you news from the atelier. Payment is never taken online; our team arranges payment with you directly.
Keeping it safe
Account passwords are stored only as secure one-way hashes. Access to customer information is limited to our atelier team.
Your choices
You can ask us to view, update or delete your information, or unsubscribe from Blossom Letters, at any time — just get in touch.
